Home!
Hello all. The internet was just connected yesterday. There are many many things going on, which I will blog about soon. For now I invite you all to read the latest essay, “Home” and comment below.
We missed you all as well!
Be well,
Sponge

Well, I did it. I am a registered citizen here now.
“Home” is quite warming, brother. Reminds me of how restless I was for so many years in other countries and how now I won’t stray from my home unless the family comes with.
My pastor and I talked yesterday-we are looking at possibly mid-January. Here’s the mail conversation…
God Bless you Big Bro. TS

I certainly believe that can be the case. God didn’t heal Paul, and all of us will die one day. God certainly can use infirmity to humble us and “kill off” our flesh. (Personally, I pray it won’t come to that for my flesh to die.)
One way to use this man would be during one of our January Sunday night prayer services. Call it a healing service and let him share, then we’ll pray over people.
We can pray in this direction.

No problem Mark.
Well, I was thinking of that but I am unsure of the delivery. Sponge has spoken to small groups and has addressed congegations before.
My original thought came from God of course but the focus was on healing in lieu of a healing sermon you had delivered in the past. I have thought about a different line of thought which came from Sponge himself – perseverance in suffering. He has told me that he has no desire to be healed but to elicit healing for others. He said that his disease killed his former self, such as Dwain died years ago and Spongedaddy remained. I believe God pruned him a bit for His greater glory. We’ve talked of Paul’s afflictions at length.
I’ve also told Sponge that there is most likely a single purpose or purposes left to accomplish. God has deemed that he has time still on the earth and he cannot come home until these are finished. Service to the Body of Christ most likely is the means.
What do you think?

Got your voice mail.
About your guy. What are you thinking, a testimony on Sunday morning? Other? Let me know your thoughts.
TCT called yesterday. I gave them rave reviews.

Hi Sponge!
Your latest essay - EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!! As always!
I’m looking forward to hearing all about your adventures since June. You and Jamie will probably think I’m a bit of a freak, but when you first started your move I was checking your website every day for updates - and then up until yesterday, I checked once a week. I just can’t get enough of you - you two are addicting!
Take care and keep writing!
